FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, radionuclide diagnostics in urology and nephrology with estimation of kidney parenchyma state in case of congenital and acquired diseases of kidneys and urinary tract. Registration of scintigrams is performed 15, 30 and 120 min after intravenous introduction of radiopharmaceutical preparation (RPP) to patient. Image of kidneys is divided with horizontal and vertical lines into equal zones. In each of zones of scintigrams, obtained 15, 30 and 120 min after RPP introduction, number of impulses originating from zone is counted automatically with further determination of total quantity of impulses from all zones of kidney. Values of indices of zone (ZA) and total zone accumulation (ΣZA) of RPP by parenchyma on 15, 30 and 120 min performed is calculation of indices of RPP accumulation intensity by each zone (IZA) and entire kidney (IΣZA) for separate time periods of examination: 0-15, 15-30, 30-120 min. Intensity of impairment of RPP capture by tubules of dysfunctional zones is estimated by degree of difference of zone accumulation (ZA) indices - by deviation from norm values for healthy kidney. Ratio of intensity of early - by 15 min and delayed - from 30 to 120 min of total zone accumulation of RPP IΣZA15/ IΣZA90 is used to judge about functional consistency and reserve possibilities of renal tubules on the whole.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of diagnostics accuracy.
