FIELD: automobile industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a mounting unit for an internal vehicle mirror on a window pane. The mounting assembly (10; 20; 30; 40) includes a window adhesive element (13; 23; 33; 43). The mounting unit (10; 20; 30; 40) has a free first surface (13a; 33a) formed as an adhesive surface for attaching the mounting unit to the inside of the window glass (G; G'), a second surface (13b; 33b) and mirror holder (12; 22; 32; 42). The mirror holder (12; 22; 32; 42) has a first end surface (12a) on which the window adhesive element is seated with its second surface (13b; 33b), and a second end surface (12b) intended for mounting the housing (11; 21 ) of the inner mirror. The adhesive element (13; 23; 33; 43) has the shape of a flat truncated cone or flattened pyramid. The adhesive element (33) consists of a compressible and/or flexible material such that the first surface (33a) deforms to conform to the curved adjacent glass surface (G'), while the second surface (33b) does not deform or deforms only slightly.
EFFECT: improved functionality of the mount and improved adhesion of the mount to vehicle window glass.
