SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology. The additive contains citric acid, lactic acid, potassium formate, calcium formate, a strain of Bacillus mucilaginosus B-4901 bacteria and a strain of Bacillus subtilis 1-85 bacteria in predetermined quantities. The additive is therein taken at a rate of 1 to 3 kg per 1 ton of feed.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility to increase the live weight gain of animals and poultry.
