FIELD: dispensing liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for dispensing and can be applied for automatic or semi-automatic bottling of still non-viscous liquids on dispensing lines. The linear dispensing machine comprises a stand in the form of a frame, a tank secured in the upper part thereof, equipped with a product supply valve and sensors for the upper and lower levels of the product. A pneumatic cabinet is fixed in the lower part of the frame, a conveyor belt is installed in the middle part thereof for supply and removal of containers, driven by a motor reducer. Pneumatic dispensing control cylinders are fixed on the left and right racks of the frame. A traverse is secured on the rods of the pneumatic cylinders, with dispensing heads installed thereon made in the form of a flexible hose connected to the tank, at the end whereof a flow meter, a pneumatically controlled seat valve and a tube are fixed consecutively on couplings. Installed at the entrance of the conveyor belt are an input bottle blocking sensor and an entrance bottle flow cutoff bar. Installed at the exit of the conveyor belt are an exit bottle count sensor and an exit bottle flow cutoff bar. The bars are secured on the rods of the pneumatic cylinders. Installed along the conveyor at the level of the neck of the container on the pneumatic cylinders in the transverse direction relative to the conveyor are a drip collector bar and a rail with fork brackets fixed thereon for securing bottles. A control unit is fixed on the side surface of the frame, sensors are connected to the measuring inputs thereof. The power outputs of the control unit are connected to the product supply valve, the motor reducer, the pneumatic cylinders and the seat pneumatically controlled valves.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of dosing of the poured product due to the application of automation means: sensors, a motor reducer, a linear conveyor, valves and pneumatic cylinders connected to an industrial controller.
