FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for quality control of the production of missile fairings. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the quality parameters of individual operations of the manufacturing process and ground testing are monitored, the condition of the technological and test equipment is monitored, the quality parameters of each technological operation are recorded in its own coordinate system, the reference point of which is rigidly connected with the features of this technological equipment, and the quality parameters of the finished rocket fairing in the process of ground development (testing) are recorded in the coordinate system, the reference point of which is associated with the characteristic design features of the structure, then when anomalous zones are detected in the fairing structure during ground tests that differ from the specifications of the task, the current coordinates of the anomalous zones are revealed in coordinate systems associated with the features of the technological equipment at each operation of the technological process, and the connection between the coordinates in the systems related to the features of the technological equipment and the coordinates in the system related to the design features of the fairings is carried out through mathematical communication operators.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of quality control of the production of missile fairings.
