FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: interface device between a laser source and operated tissue is characterized by that it contains a ring, a window transparent to a laser beam generated by the laser source, a through aspiration channel, and a through irrigation channel. The ring has a sidewall, a proximal end intended for contact with operated tissue, and a distal end intended for receiving the end of the laser source. The window is hermetically installed on the ring covering the distal end of the ring. The through aspiration channel passes between the inner and outer surfaces of the sidewall. The through aspiration channel is intended for connection to an aspiration module to ensure the creation of a vacuum in the internal space defined between the window and the sidewall. The through irrigation channel passes between the inner and outer surfaces of the sidewall. The irrigation channel is intended for connection to an irrigation module to ensure the input of liquid into the internal space. A device for laser ophthalmic surgery contains a laser source and a phacoemulsification device, an irrigation system and an aspiration system, and a coupling device.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow for fast and painless suction.
