SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Coupling unit for positioning the object to be irradiated with respect to the radiation source comprises: an upper side with positioning projections that protrude outward from the upper side, wherein each positioning projection has a first positioning surface, wherein the first positioning surfaces are configured to enter the axial positioning engagement with the radiation source for placing the conjugating unit relative to the radiation source, and a second positioning surface for pressing to the object to be irradiated, wherein the coupling unit provides a radiation path which passes through the second positioning surface from the radiation source. Besides, conjugating unit comprises a conjugating body made as integral part, which forms simultaneously the first positioning surfaces and the second positioning surface. When implementing the method of making the conjugating unit, a conjugating body is made by forming by injection pressing at pressure, which includes injection of plastic melt into the cavity and its subsequent compression by means of movable tools.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions provides positioning of the object subject to radiation in the axial direction with high accuracy.
