SUBSTANCE: transceiver device includes a transceiver that, in operation, receives, on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a subband occupancy indicator indicating subbands determined to be available for transmission, and a resource assignment indicator indicating resources included in the available subbands and assigned to the transceiver device for transmission, and a circuit that, at runtime, determines assigned resources in accordance with a resource assignment indicator and a subband busy indicator.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of flexible assignment of resources in an unlicensed carrier.
