SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacy, namely to pharmaceutical chemistry. Disclosed is a method for determining the concentration of ceftriaxone in the tissues of the surgical field, consisting in preparing samples by infusion with an extractor, extraction with an organic solvent system, and re-extraction with a Britton-Robinson buffer solution, followed by analysis by means of capillary electrophoresis. During sample preparation, an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with a pH of 12.0 in an amount of 0.4 ml is therein added as an extractor to the ground tissue of the surgical field, the extraction is executed with an organic solvent system of chloroform:isobutanol in a ratio of 3:1 in an amount of 1 ml for 10 minutes four times, re-extraction is executed with a Britton-Robinson buffer solution with a pH of 12.0 in an amount of 1 ml, and the resulting re-extract is analysed using capillary electrophoresis, complying with the following conditions: a capillary electrophoresis system "Kapel-105M"; a working electrolyte - Britton-Robinson buffer solution, pH of 12.0; introduction of a sample by the hydrodynamic method at 30 mbar for 15 s; the current voltage is (+20) kV; the wavelength is 265 nm.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the objectivity and security of determining ceftriaxone in the tissues of the surgical field by means of capillary electrophoresis.
