FIELD: layered products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system with a layer containing a thermochromic material, and can be used in combination with any system or apparatus containing a heating element. Proposed is a system (100) with a surface (102). A mark (104) is placed on the surface, wherein the mark displays visual information. A layer (106) is located over the mark. The layer is heated by means of a heating element (103). The layer comprises a thermochromic material for changing the absorption of light by the layer in the visible wavelength when the temperature of the layer exceeds the threshold value of the temperature. The layer exhibits sufficient optical transmittance at or above the threshold value of the temperature so that the visual information provided by the mark becomes visible.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of information transmitted by the mark.
