FIELD: textiles.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for manufacturing a non-woven material from fibres, provided wherein are at least one moulding machine for moulding fibres and an air-permeable piling conveyor for piling the fibres into the shape of a non-woven fabric. At least one suction apparatus is provided, usable for suctioning the process air through the piling conveyor in the main suction area in the fibre piling area. The main suction area below the piling conveyor in the input area of the piling conveyor and in the output area of the piling conveyor is limited, accordingly, by a suctioning dividing wall. The end of at least one suctioning dividing wall, located on the transport side, is located at a distance A in the range from 10 mm to 250 mm from the piling conveyor.
EFFECT: manufacture of a non-woven material by means of the apparatus.
