FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: device for making spunbonded nonwoven materials from elementary threads with, at least, a multichannel mouthpiece for extrusion, at least, a suction monomer device, at least, cooling device for threads cooling, at least, drawing device for drawing threads and with, at least, device for laying. Between the multichannel extrusion mouthpiece and the suction monomer device there is a first deformable seal for sealing of the gap device formed between the multichannel extruder mouthpiece and the suction monomer. Alternatively or additionally between the monomer-filtering device and the cooling device there is at least a deformable seal for sealing the gap formed between the suction monomer device and the cooling device and/or between the cooling device and the puller there is a deformable seal for sealing the gap formed between the cooling device and the puller. Seal adherence characteristics relative to the contact surfaces of the corresponding gap can be varied and appropriately tuneable.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for making spunbonded nonwoven materials from elementary threads.
