FIELD: technology of fibrous materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a layered material from a spunbond nonwoven material and a method for its manufacture. A laminate with a plurality of layers of spunbond nonwoven material arranged one above the other, wherein at least two layers of spunbond nonwoven material comprise woven continuous filaments. The first layer with wound multicomponent filaments is provided, wherein at least one first component located on the outer surface of the filaments of the first layer consists of at least one polyolefin. At least one second filament component of the first layer consists of a polymer that has a higher melting point than the polyolefin of the first filament component of the first layer. The layered material of spunbond nonwoven material contains the second, outermost layer of spunbond nonwoven material with multicomponent filaments, wherein at least one first component located on the outer surface of the filaments of the second layer consists of at least one polyolefin. At least one second component of the filaments of the second layer consists of a polymer that has a higher melting point than the polyolefin of the first component. The proportion of polyolefin of the first component of the filaments of the second layer is higher than the proportion of polyolefin of the first component of the filaments of the first layer.

EFFECT: invention enables obtaining a layered material from a spunbond nonwoven material having high thickness, high softness, optimum strength and high wear or abrasion resistance, as well as good opacity.
