The method for forming ceramic blanks includes installation in a dried moisture-absorbing matrix reproducing the outer contour of the product, a core reproducing the inner contour of the product, filling the resulting gap with the aqueous slip, exposure to a full set of blanks, core extraction, exposure of the filled blank in the form, extraction of the blank, while 3D measurements of the model and core are carried out for the manufacture of a moisture-absorbing matrix, 3D scans are combined, 3D models of blanks are obtained according to various options for turning the core relative to the model, the optimal turn is selected, which ensures the least misalignment of the base of the blank, marks are applied to the mold and to the core according to the selected turn, the installation of the core in the moisture-absorbing matrix is carried out according to the marks.
