FIELD: nanostructure.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of materials technology, materials science and analytical research. Planar optical GRS sensor for protein compounds detecting comprises a nanostructured coating on a substrate based on a dielectric chemically inert material based on noble metal nanoparticles and a transparent microporous polyelectrolyte layer characterized by the ability/possibility to form a polyelectrolyte complex with protein compounds, while nanoparticles of noble metals have dimensions of 20-90 nm, a nanostructured coating of them is made of a thickness of 1-10 microns, and a layer of polyelectrolyte is made with a thickness of 50-100 microns.
EFFECT: technical result is the detection of analyzed protein compounds with low detection limits by the method of GRS spectroscopy.
