SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for detecting copy number variations and changes in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes.
EFFECT: invention ensures more accurate detection of not only germinal copy number variations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, but also somatic copy number changes, as well as reduction of the cost of analysis.
