FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building and mechanical engineering and is intended for erecting structures of buildings and facilities of various purposes using layer-by-layer printing based on a construction printer or crane equipment, in particular, to a multi-jet printing head with an apparatus allowing for binding of the printed layers by reinforcing modules embedded thereto, for printing multilayer walls with insulation and reinforcement. The rotary mechanism of the printing head therein provides a possibility of connection thereof with the construction printer or crane equipment and allows the head to rotate around the vertical axis by 360 degrees. The head comprises three chambers, not in communication with each other, wherein each chamber provides a possibility of independent supply of the consumable material, wherein the end chambers are intended for supplying grout, and the inner chamber is intended for supplying insulation, wherein the apparatus attached to the printing head is intended for periodic installation of reinforcement modules. Each reinforcement module contained therein has a rectangular contour lying in a horizontal plane with diagonal elements in the plane of the contour, vertical helical cylindrical elements with pointed ends are installed in each of the four corners of the contour.
EFFECT: significant increase in the strength of the printed building structures.
