FIELD: traffic solutions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road transport structures, in particular to barriers, and is intended to temporarily block the route of motor transport. The barrier contains a base, a rotary axis located in a horizontal plane, on which a blocking element is placed, a mechanism for turning it, a rocking lever, a drive device in the form of a worm gear motor connected to the rocking lever. The output shaft of the drive device is made with an expanding end in the form of a cylindrical hollow cup with a protruding collar having two grooves. Inside the cup there is a rotatable screw connected to a rotary axis to which the rocking lever is rigidly attached, in the lower part of the latter there is an axis on which a latch lever with a lock is movably mounted, interacting with the mechanism of reciprocating movement of opening and closing the barrier. The rocking lever is connected to one end of the lifting spring of the blocking element, the other end of which is fixed on the base. The grooves on the collar are located diametrically opposite.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of barrier operation due to the exclusion of the drive reverse mode, an increase in the safety of the device in operation due to the use of a worm gear motor, separation of the rod lowering and lifting drive, which provides instant, emergency unblocking and lifting of the rod under any operating mode of the device, including the rod lowering mode.
