FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals and pertains to a solid pharmaceutical composition for manufacturing an oral antiretroviral therapeutic agent, containing an active pharmaceutical substance (APS) and a copolymer, characterised by the fact that upon release of the APS therefrom, the solubility and/or bioavailability of the APS is higher than the solubility and/or bioavailability of the APS upon release from a composition containing no copolymer, wherein the APS is selected from darunavir, etravirine, and the copolymer is a copolymer dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate with a sequence of links by the formula (I):
wherein x=2, y=1, z=1, and an average weight mass Mw of approximately 47 kDa, wherein the mass ratio APS:copolymer is in the range of 1:(1 to 5).
EFFECT: creation of an oral antiretroviral therapeutic agent.
