FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical composition having anti-HIV infection activity, which includes lopinavir, ritonavir in an effective amount and a sorbent, characterised in that the sorbent used is an aluminometasilicate in an amount of 21 to 28 % by weight of the pharmaceutical composition. Group of inventions also includes the use of said pharmaceutical composition to produce a solid dosage form for the treatment of HIV infections.
EFFECT: group of inventions widens the range of pharmaceutical compositions having antiviral activity and improves their pharmacokinetic properties.
