SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to immunology and biotechnology and is a method for increasing the migration of plasmacytoid dendritic cells to mouse thymocytes in vitro. To implement the method, B220+CD11c+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells are obtained from bone marrow cells by culturing them with Flt3-L. Next, plasmacytoid dendritic cells are transfected with a DNA construct encoding the mouse protein CCR9.

EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of migration of plasmacytoid dendritic cells to mouse thymocytes.
