FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a functional prosthetic finger with at least partially preserved proximal phalanx. The prosthesis contains a wrist lock and a lever mechanism. The lever mechanism is fixed to the wrist lock on the back of the palm and includes a control rod with a receiving sleeve for the proximal phalanx and the frames of the middle and distal phalanx, which are connected in series with each other. The prosthesis contains an arcuate guide that wraps around the metacarpophalangeal joint. The control rod is fixed on the guide with the possibility of moving along it.
EFFECT: maximum correspondence of the trajectory of the control rod with the receiving sleeve to the trajectory of the movement of the proximal phalanx of the finger placed in the sleeve is achieved.
