SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medication container (1), in particular a syringe or a carpula, with main body (7), wherein main body (7) at least partially surrounds inner space (9), wherein main body (7) has middle axis (M) and proximal hole (11), wherein, in inner space (9), end plug (15) is located in such a way that end plug (15) can be moved in inner space (9) along middle axis (M), and it separates first area (17) of inner space (9) distal to end plug (15) from second area (19) of inner space (9) proximal to end plug (15). Plug fixation element (39) is provided that is can at least partially be inserted through proximal hole (11) to second area (19) of inner space (9), wherein plug fixation element (39) in a state of insertion to inner space (9) is located closer to proximal hole (11) than end plug (15), and it is retained in a fixed position in inner space (9) by means of geometric and/or power closure at least in one retention area (49).
