SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for reducing neutropenia in a subject including injection of plinabulin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt to a subject who needs it, while the specified neutropenia is caused by injection of the first chemotherapeutic composition containing one or more chemotherapeutic agents, where the specified chemotherapeutic composition does not contain taxan, or the specified neutropenia is cased by radiation therapy, where the specified one or more chemotherapeutic agents are selected from a group consisting of cyclophosphamide, ifosamide, cisplatin, carboplatin, oxaliplatin, nedaplatin, triplatin tetranitrate, phenantriplatin, picoplatin, satraplatin, topotecan, irinotecan, doxorubicin, epirubicin, daunorubicin, valrubicin and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
EFFECT: present invention provides for obtaining therapeutic agents that contribute to reducing neutropenia caused by cancer therapy.
