SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to methods for the treatment of docetaxel-induced neutropenia in a subject. The method for the treatment of docetaxel-induced neutropenia in a subject includes combined administration of a single dose of plinabulin and one or more drugs based on a granulocytic colony-stimulating factor (hereinafter – G-CSF) in 21 day course of treatment with docetaxel, where amount of plinabulin in a single dose is more than 10 mg/m² and less than 40 mg/m², and a dose of the drug based on G-CSF is in the range from 1 mg to 10 mg, where plinabulin is administered less than 1 hour after administration of docetaxel, and the drug based on G-CSF is administered at least 24 hours after administration of docetaxel, where plinabulin is administered by means of an intravenous injection, and the drug based on G-CSF is administered by means of a subcutaneous injection. The group of inventions also relates to options of a method for the treatment of docetaxel-induced neutropenia in a subject.
