FIELD: pharmacology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmacology and medicine, namely to the modulation of cell proliferation processes. The use of a polysaccharide composition, containing hyaluronic acid and an oligosaccharide derivative of chitosan obtained in a reaction of reductive amination of D-glucosamine with lactose, which has a degree of substitution of an amine functional group of D-glucosamine with lactose of at least 40%, is described to modulate cell proliferation, which leads to tissue restoration and/or prevention of fibrosis and/or tissue adhesions, while the specified hyaluronic acid is present in the amount from 1.0 mg/ml or 1.25 mg/ml, and the specified oligosaccharide derivative of chitosan and lactose is present in the amount from 0.1 to 1.5 mg/ml.
EFFECT: providing modulation of cell proliferation processes, which is effectively used in tissue restoration to prevent fibrotic processes and/or the formation of tissue adhesions in traumatic, postoperative and chronic fibrotic processes associated with autoimmune diseases.
