SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics and medicine and concerns method of making composition for healing of wounds and tissues including sampling of whole blood in test tube containing hyaluronic acid without mixing of whole blood and hyaluronic acid, centrifugation of said test tube and collection of supernatant containing said hyaluronic acid and platelet rich plasma. Composition obtained using said methods is used as matrix, cell nutrient medium or medium for implantation of cells and can be used in surgery, dentistry, orthopedics, mesotherapy, as well as in cosmetics and/or esthetics.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides immediate use of obtained autologous blood cells with simultaneous preservation of their integrity for wound healing.
