FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a method of preparing a composition comprising a platelet-enriched plasma and hyaluronic acid, method comprising the steps of: collecting whole blood in a device containing hyaluronic acid and an anticoagulant; centrifuging said device and collecting the supernatant, containing said hyaluronic acid and a platelet-rich plasma. This blood sampling device has an inlet for insertion of whole blood; contains vacuum, intended for aspiration of a sample of whole blood; has a vacuum intended for use, ranging from 8 to 10 ml; and is sterile. This device is included in the product and a set for healing of wounds and tissues. Inventions include methods for healing wounds and tissues by means of compositions prepared by the method described above. In addition, cellular preparations according to the present invention have better viability and stability.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides immediate use of the obtained autologous blood cells while maintaining their integrity for healing of wounds and tissues.
