FIELD: valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering, namely to apparatuses of automatic shutoff pipeline valves. The gas shutoff valve with electromagnetic control comprises a body made in the form of an integral multi-stage sleeve with a threaded inlet and outlet. Installed coaxially inside the sleeve is a slide valve made in the form of a streamlined body of rotation with a spherical base on one side and a blind hole on the other side, with four centering protrusions with a permanent magnet installed in the hole. An insert with a filter is installed in the body coaxially along the input thread so as to provide free movement for the slide valve and the magnet along the axis of the body. A membrane is coaxially installed in the body on the side of the outlet. An outlet nut is coaxially set on the sleeve. Rings made of a soft magnetic material are rigidly fixed on the outer surfaces of the largest and smallest diameters of the body. An annular magnet is fixed rigidly on the pusher. A solenoid is rigidly fixed on the body.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing technology, increased strength and throughput capacity of the valve.
