FIELD: controlling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. To realise the technical result, a disconnectable annular magnetic circuit is located on the copter-type unmanned aerial vehicle in the lower part of the apparatus on the vertical axis of symmetry. The magnetic circuit is therein disconnected by spreading the two symmetrical half-rings of the magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit constitutes a current clamp meter located in the lower part of the apparatus. The engine controller is configured so that the engines are activated in a suspended position in stages relative to the location thereof to the right or left of the wire. This provides a possibility of rotating the apparatus relative to the wire and reaching a stable state of limited flight prior to spreading the clamp meter and disengaging from the wire.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of aiming an unmanned aerial vehicle when reaching a fixed wire of an overhead power line with an open magnetic circuit to charge the accumulator batteries, as well as ensured stability of flight when disconnecting the apparatus from the wire of the overhead line.
