SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in carrying out rehabilitation measures in patients with motor disorders. With the help of visual control of movements in a simulator based on virtual reality technologies, a comprehensive restoration of human motor functions is carried out. Virtual reality glasses with software consisting of a virtual environment and controls located in it are used. The patient exercises the upper and lower extremities with the movement of the head and neck. Due to the association of virtual and real human movements, the effect of neuroplasticity of the brain and spinal cord is intensified.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of restoring human motor functions.
