A patient’s condition is assessed, training parameters are set, and training is carried out. Before training, a volume and a speed of movement of paretic limbs are determined, after which, when training, the volume and the speed of movement of paretic limbs in a virtual reality are 15-25% higher than real indicators.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in comfort and reduction in time of rehabilitation of patients with diseases accompanied by limb paresis.
