FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used to accumulate, process and transform restrictions on the operation of base stations of mobile communication networks. The expected result is achieved due to the fact that the method for accumulation, processing and transformation of restrictions on the operation of base stations of mobile communication networks includes the following stages: identification of the source of restrictions, verification of the format and structure of the received restrictions and the allocation of sets of matrices of the limit levels of effective isotropically radiated power (EIRP) in the subsystem of preprocessing of the accepted restrictions; analysis of the accepted restrictions of the received restrictions in order to identify data similar to those stored in the subsystem of storage of restrictions; sorting of accepted restrictions of the EIRP limit level matrices by a set of basic parameters and accumulation of restrictions in the restrictions storage subsystem; saving in the restrictions storage subsystem of each of the restrictions in the form of an entry in the restrictions table and a group of related entries in the EIRP limit level matrix table; forming a catalog of published restrictions in the restrictions storage subsystem and creating restrictions of a single structure; systematization in the subsystem of the formation of restrictions of the matrices of the limiting levels of EIRP by the totality of the main parameters and, further, the unification of the sets of matrices of the limiting levels of EIRP matching the ordered parameters into a single matrix; systematization in the subsystem of the formation of restrictions depending on the accumulation of restrictions from different sources and time parameters of the application of restrictions, individual or combined restrictions; control in the subsystem of the formation of restrictions of information about the state of the application of restrictions; the transfer of restrictions stored in the subsystem of the formation of restrictions, depending on the rules of application, to the subsystem of the transfer of restrictions.

EFFECT: ensuring the up-to-date data on the parameters of restrictions by control systems for the operation of base stations of mobile communication networks in real time.
