SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cAMP receptor protein and a use thereof for production of an L-amino acid. Proposed is a cAMP receptor protein constituting a transcription regulator wherein the amino acid at position 35 in the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is replaced by alanine. Also proposed are a microorganism of the Escherichia genus for producing an L-amino acid containing said protein and a method for obtaining an L-amino acid using said microorganism. Also proposed are a polynucleotide encoding said protein and an expression vector containing a polynucleotide encoding said protein.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures production of an L-amino acid with a high yield.
