SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a polypeptide involved in the production of L-isoleucine, in which the amino acid corresponding to position 212 is replaced with threonine, the amino acid corresponding to position 114, is substituted with phenylalanine, or the amino acid corresponding to position 28 is substituted with valine in the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. Also disclosed is a polynucleotide coding said polypeptide, an expression vector containing said polynucleotide, a microorganism for producing L-isoleucine containing any one or more of said polypeptide, polynucleotide and vector. Also disclosed is use of said microorganism in a method of producing L-isoleucine, in a method for reducing the amount of a by-product formed during production of L-isoleucine, as well as in a composition for producing L-isoleucine.
EFFECT: invention increases output of L-isoleucine.
