SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a polypeptide involved in the production of a branched-chain amino acid, where the amino acid corresponding to position 182 relative to the N-terminal of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is replaced by alanine (Ala). Also disclosed is a polynucleotide coding said polypeptide, an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide, a Corynebacterium glutamicum microorganism for producing a branched-chain amino acid, containing one or more of said polypeptide, polynucleotide and vector. Also disclosed is a method of producing a branched-chain amino acid using said microorganism.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a branched chain amino acid with high output.
