SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and agriculture and can be used for processing municipal sewage sludge, manure and droppings. The granular fertiliser is produced using a fertile substrate produced in processing of sewage sludge using a preparation based on plant raw materials. The preparation for processing sewage sludge is produced using a preparation base containing plant raw materials in the form of rice grain or wheat grain 8.9 to 15.2 wt.%, copper (II) salt 0.1 to 0.8 wt.%, alkali 1.7 to 4 wt.%, water up to 100%.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of sewage sludge processing and eliminates the use of a detoxicating reagent.
