FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and agriculture, namely to a technology for processing municipal sewage sludge, manure and droppings. The base of the agent based on plant raw materials for processing sewage sludge and/or agricultural waste is produced as follows: water at a temperature of 55 to 75 degrees Celsius is supplied into a vertical mixing reactor in an amount ( wt.%) of 1/2 to 2/3 of the total reactor capacity, mixing begins at a rate of 70 to 100 rpm, and copper sulphate pentahydrate is loaded into the reactor in an amount ( wt.%) of 0.1 to 0.8 of the total weight of the loaded components; rice grain is loaded into the reactor in an amount ( wt.%) of 8.9 to 15.2 of the total weight of the loaded components; caustic soda is loaded into the reactor in an amount ( wt.%) of 1.7 to 4 of the total weight of the loaded components; the reactor is sealed, and the mixing rate is increased to 150-170 rpm; air is supplied to the reactor under a pressure of 5 to 6 atm, the reaction is terminated after complete dissolution of the entire rice grain and upon reaching the required pH of the solution from 12 to 12.7; for the duration of the reaction, the temperature of the reaction mixture is maintained from 55 to 75 degrees Celsius, wherein the pressure inside the reactor is relieved to 4 atm every 15 to 30 minutes after air is supplied to the reactor.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of sewage sludge processing and eliminates the use of a detoxicating reagent.
