FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering; it can be used in plate heat exchangers. In a method for using indirect heat exchanger (1) containing a set of heat-exchanging modules (10) located in a rectangular lattice, each heat-exchanging module (10) contains a set of first and second channels (11, 21) for a fluid flow passing in the first and the second directions. Indirect heat exchanger (1) contains first and second collectors (12, 22) connecting via fluid first and second channels (11, 21) for the fluid flow of one heat-exchanging module to first and second channels (11, 21) for the fluid flow of adjacent heat-exchanging modules (10) thereby forming one or more first paths of the fluid flow. The invention also relates to an installation for recycling liquefied natural gas containing at least one indirect heat exchanger described above.
EFFECT: obtaining an indirect heat exchanger and an installation for recycling liquefied natural gas.
