FIELD: physical apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a carbon nanotube producing system containing a pre-growing tube for the initial preliminary reaction of the input materials prior to production of carbon nanotubes; an atomiser for atomisation of the input materials of carbon nanotubes and subsequent spraying of the atomised input materials into the pre-growing tube; wherein the atomiser is provided at the front end of the pre-growing tube and has a spray outlet pipe passed into the pre-growing tube; a growing tube for production of carbon nanotubes and continuous growing of the produced carbon nanotubes; wherein the front end of the growing pipe is hermetically attached to the back end of the pre-growing pipe; and an air curtain generator for creating an air curtain surrounding the atomising air flow around the outlet of the spray outlet pipe, wherein the air curtain extends parallel to the direction of continuation of the pre-growing pipe; and wherein the air curtain generator is located inside the pre-growing pipe.
EFFECT: proposed method provides a possibility of conducting stable synthesis of carbon nanotubes.
