SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an assembly device and a production system for producing carbon nanotube material. The assembly device for collecting carbon nanotube films or carbon nanotube fibers contains a preliminary adjustment mechanism for regulating the orientation of at least one bundle of carbon nanotube aggregates, a winding mechanism for winding and collecting carbon nanotube aggregates pulled from the preliminary adjustment mechanism. In this case, the preliminary adjustment mechanism contains a first preliminary adjustment submechanism and a second preliminary adjustment submechanism containing at least a third wheel element for pulling carbon nanotube aggregates. The third wheel element is rotatable and is surrounded by a set of first annular protrusions present on it to regulate the orientation of the carbon nanotube aggregates. The first annular protrusion has a width of no more than 10 mcm, and the adjacent first annular protrusions are separated from each other by intervals of no more than 100 mcm. The production system for obtaining carbon nanotube film material or carbon nanotube fiber material contains a synthesizing device for the flotation catalytic synthesis of carbon nanotube aggregates, containing a reactor having at least one growing tube, and the abovementioned assembly device located on the side of the exhaust end of the synthesizing device for collecting carbon nanotube aggregates produced by the synthesizing device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of regulating the mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of assembled carbon nanotube materials.
