FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical installations, in particular to a self-locking internal pouring nozzle. The self-locking system of the inner nozzle contains: an inner nozzle (10) equipped with N≥2 protrusions (11) distributed along the perimeter of the side surface, an upper frame (30f) rigidly fixed to the lower surface of the metallurgical container, a locking ring (31) rigidly attached to the upper frame, while the inner surface of the locking ring is provided with a number of N L-shaped channels, so that the inner nozzle can be inserted along the longitudinal axis, through the opening of the locking ring, with N protrusions (11) interlocking with the corresponding first section of the channel until, until they rest against the corresponding first ends of the channel, and at this moment the inner nozzle can be rotated around the longitudinal axis until it engages with the protrusions along the corresponding second sections of the channel, to self-lock the inner nozzle in the working position.

EFFECT: enabling the self-locking inner pouring nozzle, when installed in the outlet of a metallurgical tank, maintaining its working position at least for the time necessary for the solidification of the initial sealing material in the form of a rigid seal, sealing and fixing the inner pouring nozzle in the working position without the need for holding it in place by an operator or a robot when the initial sealing material solidifies.
