FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a robotized loading station for preparation of a fresh teeming ladle loaded onto a rotary stand before feeding to the teeming station above an intermediate ladle. In particular, this invention relates to a robotic installation for loading a protective pipe of a casting ladle into a slide gate of a casting ladle, connected to an outlet hole of a casting ladle, and for connection of the drive device with both the teeming ladle and the teeming ladle gate for actuation of the teeming ladle gate. Metal casting plant comprises loading platform (20); intermediate ladle; first teeming ladle (11) and second teeming ladle (12), each comprising a bottom equipped with an opening, protective pipe (13a) of a casting ladle, casting ladle slide gate, made with possibility of connection to drive device (17) for actuation of casting ladle slide gate between closed position and a pouring position and comprising a collector nozzle for receiving a protective pipe of a teeming ladle; first and second teeming ladle protective pipe manipulators (35) for retaining teeming ladle protective pipe (13a) connected above the first and second teeming ladles collector nozzles; transportation device comprising a first holding device and a second holding device for holding first and second casting ladles (11, 12) and configured to move and hold in place the first and second casting ladles between a loading station adjacent to loading platform (20), and casting station above intermediate ladle; robot (21) configured to perform the following operations: moving new protective pipe (13b) of teeming ladle to manipulator (35) of teeming ladle located at loading station, and connection of drive device (17) with slide gate of teeming ladle, wherein each manipulator is fixed relative to the corresponding first or second casting ladle (11, 12) so as to move together with the corresponding first or second casting ladle between the loading station and the casting station.
EFFECT: providing automated shorter operation for replacement of teeming ladles.
