FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to continuous metal casting. Inner nozzle comprises tubular section with axial through bored hole and inner nozzle plate. Said plate comprises bottom flat contact surface and opposite second surface. Bottom surface has perimeter. Second surface connects the tubular section walls with plate lateral edges. Inner nozzle includes extra metal shell for lining of side edges and second surface except for inner nozzle plate sliding plane. Metal shell comprises bearing surface. Said bearing surface faces and penetrates said plane. Bearing surface is set by flanges of two separate elements distributed around plate perimeter. Teeming assembly for metal vessel includes device for retention and replacement of sliding barrels for teeming of fused metal and inner nozzle. Inner nozzle bearing surface is made of metal.
EFFECT: longer life of nozzle and metal vessel at metal teeming unit.
