FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: metal casting plant comprises loading platform (20), intermediate ladle (1), first (11) and second (12) teeming ladles, rotary stand (30) containing holding devices for teeming ladles (11, 12), and robot (21) located on loading platform (20) or adjacent to it. Each teeming ladle (11, 12) comprises a bottom with a hole, collector cup (14) and protective pipe (13a-13c). Rotary stand moves and holds buckets (11, 12) between loading station adjacent to loading platform (20) and casting station above intermediate ladle (1). Slide gate (15) is made with possibility of reversible reception and support of manifold cup (14) and protective pipe (13a-13c) and is connected to drive device (17), actuating it between closed position with closed hole, pouring position with hole communicated with protective pipe (13a-13c), and position of cleaning with hole communicated with collector cup (14). Robot (21) loads new protective tube (13b) onto slide gate (15) and connection of drive device (17) with slide gate (15).
EFFECT: fully automated replacement of pouring ladles is provided.
