FIELD: gas extraction and transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of extraction, collection and preparation of natural gas and gas condensate for long-distance transportation, in particular to the automatic maintenance of the flow rate of gas and gas-liquid mixture (hereinafter referred to as gas) at the integrated gas treatment plant (IGTP). The essence of the invention: the method for automatic maintenance of the IGTP gas flow rate in the regions of the Arctic includes conducting geological studies of wells during the development of the field and entering the parameters of restrictions on their operation into the database (DB) of the automated process control system (APCS). Wells are equipped with control and measuring equipment and combine them into bushes, followed by connecting each bush of gas-producing wells to a gas-collecting loop (GCL). At the end of each GCL, a control valve (CR) is installed, after which the GCL is connected to the crude gas collector (CGC). From the CSG, the extracted gas enters the separator, after it further into the gas treatment plant of the IGTP.
EFFECT: automatic maintenance of the specified gas flow rate for the IGTP, which ensures the effective management of technological processes at the IGTP according to the requirements of its technological regulations and the operative distribution of the gas production load between the GCL, taking into account individual restrictions on the operation of wells, GCL and CGC.
