FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of parallel operating gas compressor units (GCU) with gas turbine drive (GGCU) of gas compressor shop (GCS) of booster compressor station (BCS) of gas field (GF) of oil and gas condensate field (OGCF) of the Far North, providing mechanized extraction of natural gas. Method of reducing fuel gas consumption by gas compressor units operating in parallel with a gas turbine drive of one stage of a booster compressor station, which increases pressure Pinlet at the inlet of a gas treatment plant (GTP) to a level providing for the supply of raw gas to its inlet in a volume sufficient to fulfill the plan for the supply of dried gas Qplan to the main gas pipeline (MGP) to external consumers, and providing internal consumers of dried gas. Purpose of the invention is to ensure reduction of fuel gas consumption of the booster compressor station by means of automatic redistribution of load between its parallel operating GGCU taking into account their energy efficiency directly during operation. At the same time, in fact, a continuous iterative process associated with the individual actual energy efficiency of each GGCU is organized, leading to reduction of fuel gas costs for compression of pumped raw gas in an amount that provides the need for dried gas of internal consumers of gas processing plants, including BCS, and execution of plan for supply of dried gas to MGP. Simultaneously, the carbon footprint of the gas extraction process is reduced.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to provide in real operating mode the volume of dried gas preparation at the gas processing plant, which will be maintained by all parallel operating GGCU together.
