FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of extraction, collection and preparation of natural gas and gas condensate to long-distance transport, in particular, to the process of gas drying at complex gas treatment plant (CGTP) of Cenomanian deposits of oil and gas condensate deposits (OGCD). Method for automatic load distribution between process gas drying lines – PTGD at gas treatment plants – CGTP located in the North of Russia, includes an automated control system – ACS, which controls capacity of gas drying department – GDD in accordance with the task set by CBC for CGTP, by reducing or increasing with the specified quantisation step the efficiency of only one, preselected i-th PTGD an amount providing on the planned output CGTP gas flow Fzd sequentially opening or closing the control valve – CV i-th PTGD. After preventive repair and / or maintenance of GDD, individual coefficients of PID-regulators of all PTGD are adjusted depending on state of their equipment, taking into account results of gas-dynamic studies of wells and data of laboratory studies of parameters of produced gas. At command of dispatcher service CGTP is started with required number of PTGD into operation, supplying to input of setting SP of each PID-controller of connected PTGD single signal of planned setting of gas preparation by CGTP. As a result of processing of these signals, each of PID regulators generates control signal supplied to CV control valve of PTGD controlled by it. Simultaneously, ACS performs individual monitoring of the actual dew point of the dried gas at the output of each PTGD, comparing it with the required specifications by setting.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to automatically distribute the load between them in automatic mode taking into account the state of PTGD, thereby providing the preset degree of gas drying at minimum energy and material costs and observing all restrictions on process parameters.
