FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to clamping devices. An eccentric lock is proposed, consisting of a push 4 and a support 8 metal bars, in the center of which drilling is performed, through which a rod 6 passes with a return spring 5 put on it, installed between the push 4 and the support 6 bars. The rod 6 is connected at one end by an axis 3 with an eccentric 2, whose rotation around the axis is carried out by a handle 1, a nut 10 is screwed onto the threaded part of the other end of the rod, regulating the initial distance between the bars and ensuring the creation of a clamping force of the device. Two lobes 9 are made in the support bar 6, ensuring its emphasis in the walls of the crankcase tide when the eccentric is rotated. The pressure plate 4 is attached to two corners 11, mounted on the edges of the hatch in the lobe of the gearbox crankcase and each having two fingers 7, inserted through the holes of the device into the holes of the main clutch hatch cover and providing reliable fixation of the device relative to the lobe of the gearbox crankcase with four fingers 7.
EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of fixing the device for engine cranking, eliminates the deflection of the pressure plate and the need to adjust the clamping force of the device during operation.
