FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for determining the asymmetry of the components of human cognitive motor function and can be used in professional selection in cosmonautics, to assess the professional qualities of operators of various civil and military unmanned vehicles, in comprehensive medical examination of the population, as well as in the selection of the sports reserve in esports. Proposed is a method where in which the subject is presented, on the monitor screen of a hardware and software system (HSS), with learning objects (LOs) of a predetermined size and shape for a test movement, as well as a predetermined number of mobile objects (MOs) of a predetermined size and shape, moving by software means on the screen following a predetermined pattern; the subject, observing the movements of the MOs, identifies the pattern of movement thereof and transfers the LOs across the monitor from the presented "Start" base to the "Finish" base, avoiding collisions with the MOs obstructing the movement. The LO is moved across the monitor field using a joystick or a computer mouse or using touch screens. The size of the LOs, as well as the amount, speed, size and nature of movement of the MOs are used to form the level of cognitive motor load in each test. The characteristics of the LOs and MOs are selected from the library of the HSS and set by the researcher, accounting for the preparedness of the subject. At the moments of collision of an LO with an MO, the error of the subject is recorded, a sound and/or light signal is triggered or not triggered. The test is repeated a predetermined number of times, separated by breaks of a predetermined duration. The time of successful passes of the LOs from the "Start" base to the "Finish" base is recorded by the HSS, the arithmetic mean value thereof is calculated. In order to determine and estimate the level of asymmetry of the cognitive motor function of the subject, the arithmetic mean values of the speed of movement of the LOs during passes: from left to right and from right to left and/or from bottom to top and from top to bottom, are compared. According to the difference in the arithmetic mean values of the speed of the movements of the LOs in the opposite directions, the level of asymmetry of the components of the cognitive motor function of the subject is assessed.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable multimode estimation of the asymmetry of the components of human cognitive motor function.
